I have been in real estate since I was old enough to pass tools to my father. Since then I have been a hard money lender, landlord, flipper, rehabber, law firm, and title company.
I enjoy all the many facets of real estate and helping people understand how to do what they are doing. The reason I do this is to find the creative way to make the deal work for everyone involved.
