My husband and I own Chief Construction. We are general contractors and have built or remodeled over a hundred houses in the tiny little town of Sargent, Tx. My ultimate goal is to work for fun!

Experience

Real estate is in my blood. For Sale signs are like magnets to my eyes and the uglier a house is the more excited I get! I bought my first house in May for $35,000., put $12,000. in it, and it's now worth $110,000! Yea!! My note on it is $400. a mo, and I have it leased for $1000. a mo. My husband and I did most of the work ourselves. I have also managed vacation rentals on the Texas Gulf Coast for years.

Real Estate Goals

My ultimate goal is to work for fun! I would love to give back. I would like the financial freedom to put a new roof on the little old lady's house down the street at no cost to her.

I'm looking for distressed SFH, duplexes, 4plexes, small apt. complexes. I want to fix-flip or fix-hold. I need the prop located in Matagorda or Brazoria County, Tx. Some cities include: Bay City, Sargent, Matagorda, Freeport, Surfside, Lake Jackson, Clute, Jones Creek, Oyster Creek, Quintana, and Richwood.
