I am new to the world of real estate investing. I am eager to network and build relationships with other investors. I am a creative thinker and most importantly personable. A little bit about myself......I am a sharp, down to earth, and outgoing woman. I am a single mother that comes from a family that thinks I'm crazy for pursuing my dream of investing in real estate. I was taught that you work 30+ years and retire with a good pension. So in other words I'm the odd ball of the family. I am ambitious and I have decided that 2010 is my year to finally live out my dream of becoming a successful property investor. I always said that it was my plan to retire from my day job by the time I was 30......I have 10 months!!

Experience

I have little real estate experience, however I have been doing my homework and trying to learn as much as possible about the different components of real estate investing.

Real Estate Goals

I want to become a full time investor. I want to become an expert in all areas of real estate investing. I do not want to limit myself at this time by stating that I only have one area of interest. I am a creative thinker, flexible and open to all the different opportunities that will allow me to make money in REI.
