I will achieve that by wholesaling and B&H properties as l I reach and surpass my monthly Cash-flow goal.

I am looking to network with like minded individuals serious about Real Estate.

Specifically at this time Buyers who are interested in purchasing in the California and Nevada Area. Who have cash or access to cash/financing and can close Quickly.

I am also looking to to build up a team of individuals experienced in HML'in and PML's and all facets of Real Estate.
