Margie Cromwell's passion for real estate started with her first rehab of a century home in 1979. Margie has a depth of experience having been a Realtor and as a founding principal of her high volume Residential Real Estate Appraisal Company. While these ventures proved both rewarding and lucrative Margie's passion and spirit remains in the real estate investing business.
Margie embraced this passion in 1998 as a student. Being a quick study she found success utilizing a number of techniques, especially wholesaling properties. In 1999 she was honored with an invitation to join a team of individuals specializing in the one-on-one training of new investors. As their first woman mentor, Margie paved the way for many other women to follow in her shoes both in investing and training. As an award winning investor and trainer Margie takes great pride in the success of her students, but none more than her daughter Alecia. Margie's spirit and instruction instilled in Alecia the desire to build a business and give to others, a trait many parents may only wish for. As a testament to her ongoing thirst for knowledge Margie found a niche in the Probate Courts that would lead to a wealth of opportunity and inspire her to develop a curriculum to share this untapped resource. Margie's accomplishments are many and she did it all as a woman alone in the business. Margie recently was a guest speaker on Kim Kiyosaki's investor panel in Los Angeles in April of 2011. Margie rewards herself by spending time with her family and precious Arabian horse Beyley.
