Mel, I have a question for you. I'm looking at properties in the chicago land area. And I'm a new investor. So i'm not moving fast to do anything. what i,ve been doing is research. But my question to you is when buying run down houses to fix up and flip what be the most expensive thing to fix on these kinds of problems.
