I was an agent for several years in NJ. Saw how things were done and learned that things could be better and I could be more effective without the license.

Need to start small I know. Will learn the ropes and make some money wholesaling and work my way up. Looking to be able to do commercial investing in multi-family units, storage and malls.

Looking to find a mentor to walk me through a couple of deals. I am aware of how we did contracts as agents, but my money wasn't on the line. I am eager to learn and don't mind doing the legwork to find, secure and execute deals.
