In my own words...

Here is the run down on me and my investing aspirations: I started the Note Business to make money after my small construction business took a turn for the worst in the lovely cleveland area. while researching for owner carried trusted deeds i noticed a lot of forclosures, then i thought I could buy these abandonded homes and fix them up and rent them out or sell. while looking for funding to fix them up i saw more and more short sale funding sights and that sounded interesting so in short i want to do short sales to make larger sums of money at a time save that to buy houses to rent to create cash flow then buy more houses to fix up and sell or keep In other words I want to do a little of everything for a little while to build up some cash for my retirement and buy my dream house in two years so that I can have the family I want.

I am a contractor by trade. trying to start wholesaling.

Real Estate Goals

To purchase and hold at least 15 residential rental properties. 5 of which I would like to sell partial notes. Continue my investments as a fix and flipper. I might just hold the properties in my name and sell the payments. for new fixer projects.
