Currently doing some Property Management.

I guess i can say that i am a real estate investor. I Am still very green and a little over eager.

I have been trying to build connections and build relationships but it has been really difficult. I am trying to make some money but it is definately and uphill battle.
Trying my hand at Wholesaling again.

Experience

I am a contractor by trade. trying to start wholesaling.

Real Estate Goals

To purchase and hold at least 15 residential rental properties. 5 of which I would like to sell partial notes. Continue my investments as a fix and flipper. I might just hold the properties in my name and sell the payments. for new fixer projects.

Currently Seeking

Buyers to add to my buyers list I am shifting my focus to areas outside of cleveland to build income.
