I am part of a group who buy Motels at wholesale prices
Anything from 12-150 rooms that are ideally freeway close. If they are in pre-foreclosure, distressed, poorly managed….were interested. If you have properties or come across properties that fit our criteria I'd love to do business
with you. We have enough capital funding from multiple investors you need not worry the size of motels or deals you send us. As we speak we are also getting our website up and running, and looking forward to sharing our profile and business concept will all involved in the success of our endeavors. We desire to build bridges with agents and individuals (bird dogs) so as to keep a multitude of eyes and ears on the ground in every state.
