I currently work as Vice President - Sales and Marketing with United Real Estate Ventures, LLC. I am looking for investors or investment groups interested in purchasing Bulk REO packages. I have multiple direct contacts with lenders and builders, light rehab to new construction builder bailouts ranging in 45-65% of current value.

I am always looking for more direct buyers AND sellers.

Experience

I've worked on the wholesale lending side of the industry for a few years.
MVP Financial Services, Inc. is a full service brokerage licensed in CA, NV, and WA with over 250 lenders. We work with A paper borrowers along with credit challenged borrowers.

I invest in local heavy rehab sfr's. I work with my contractor to referbish properties and sell them or hold them. I have wholesale contacts to get things done more efficiently.

Purchase more homes at the bottom of this market.
