I performed a profitable flip in 1999 that allowed me to get into Multi's. I bought my first investment, upgraded, cashed out equity bought the next, rinse & repeat.

Now i have 4 and enjoy the landlord experience while i continue to work on my window parts and interior storm window company.

I would like to hold what i have while always on the lookout for a small complex either here in Maine or in the SouthEast.
