I have been investing in Real Estatefor over 20 years, I have owner financed homes and rental homes. I became a Realtor about 2 years ago because I thought it was the next logical step. I find I really enjoy helping others buy or sell homes. I do my best to make sure everyone gets the best deal possible. Watching the faces of a new homeowner when they are handed the keys to their new home is a great experince.
Experience
I have bought, sold, owner financed and rented my personal real estate, and I have helped clients buy and sell real estate as a realtor for over two years now.
Real Estate Goals
My goal is to sell at least 12 homes a year as a realtor and to purchase at least 10 more homes personally for rental property.
