In my own words...
I am a real estate broker with clients selling cash flowing property with management included and high CAP rate commercial property.
Real Estate Experience
I started out as a mortgage broker/banker in '98. I sold for a local rehabber back in '99. I've sold custom homes and production homes for a national builder. I am now a real estate broker working with commercial and residential investors locally and nationwide.
Real Estate Goals
I want to continue to network, learn and put together deals where everyone wins. I am not limited to any geographical area or price range. I can bring partners for just about any type of deal.

$1,000 -$1,100 rents, 60K-65K purchase price, management included with guaranteed tenant placement
