Experience

I started my investing career by buy seller financed deal, the future payments so that the note holder didn't have to weait 30 years...and I still do. I'm also enjoying buy and selling wholesale properties, rent to own properties, foreclosures and I'm making deals happen fast by staying ahead the game!
