I run the sales department for MemphisInvest.com, a turn-key company that caters to out-of-state investors with properties that provide cash flow and instant equity.

Having a strong background in both rehab and property management and knowledge of the Memphis market have allowed me to assist real estate investors from all over the country to make smart investment decisions for their portfolio.

If you have any questions about our company or the Memphis real estate investment market, please don't hesitate to contact me directly.

Experience

After interning in the summers for Premier Property Mgmt during college, I spent the first year after graduation as a project manager for MemphisInvest.com.

In November of 2008, I moved into the office full time to assist in sales, and now a year and a half later myself and my good friend David Meeks make up the sales team at MI.

Real Estate Goals

One of my goals is to have 45 investment properties paid off by the time I am 45.

Another is to own 5 commercial buildings by the time I am 35.

A personal goal of mine is to own property in Seaside FL, NYC, New Orleans, and Colorado.

Currently Seeking

Long-term Lenders that can do 5-10 properties for investors.

Private investors who are interested in a 12-16% annual return doing short-term loans for Memphis Invest to purchase more properties for our inventory

Investors who are looking for double digit returns using the buy and hold strategy and a team that provides a turn-key investing experience.

Marq, I've done the same thing in my market of Northern Indiana. The problem I have is that I don't want to manage the packages I sell to out of state owners, but the managers I have referred people to are running their portfolios into the ground? Do you guys manage for your investors?
