In my own words...
I work at MemphisInvest.com, a turn-key company that caters to out-of-state investors with properties that provide POSITIVE MONTHLY CASH FLOW and INSTANT EQUITY. I am now full time in the office meeting with investors, but I have an extensive background in rehabbing (about 75 completed in '08). My group also founded our local REIA (midsouthreia.org). Real Estate Experience
Along with Chris Clothier, we are the sales/marketing team at MemphisInvest.com. I spend my days helping clients through the investment process, from choosing a property that meets the needs of their portfolio all the way through the rehab, rental and refinance. Before moving into the office full time, I was a project manager and oversaw multiple rehab crews and 10-15 rehabs/month.
Real Estate Goals
One of my goals is to have 45 investment properties paid off by the time I am 45.
Another is to own 5 commercial buildings by the time I am 35.
A personal goal of mine is to own property in Seaside FL, NYC, New Orleans, and Colorado.

Marq, I've done the same thing in my market of Northern Indiana. The problem I have is that I don't want to manage the packages I sell to out of state owners, but the managers I have referred people to are running their portfolios into the ground? Do you guys manage for your investors?
