After interning in the summers for Premier Property Mgmt during college, I spent the first year after graduation as a project manager for MemphisInvest.com.
In November of 2008, I moved into the office full time to assist in sales, and now a year and a half later myself and my good friend David Meeks make up the sales team at MI.

Marq, I've done the same thing in my market of Northern Indiana. The problem I have is that I don't want to manage the packages I sell to out of state owners, but the managers I have referred people to are running their portfolios into the ground?
