Prior to beginning my real estate investment career in 1996 I spent 27 years in the Stock Brokerage Business: 10 years in institutional trading, including running Dean Witterâ€™s block trading and arbitration account, and 17 years as a retail stockbroker and manager of Dean Witterâ€™s Northridge, California office.

Currently, I am Managing Member of LandPartners of America, LLC., President of PAC Holdings, Corp and a Director of the ADASTRA Realty Fund, LTD.
