Real Estate Experience

Prior to beginning my real estate investment career in 1996 I spent 27 years in the Stock Brokerage Business: 10 years in institutional trading, including running Dean Witter’s block trading and arbitration account, and 17 years as a retail stockbroker and manager of Dean Witter’s Northridge, California office.

Currently, I am Managing Member of LandPartners of America, LLC., President of PAC Holdings, Corp and a Director of the ADASTRA Realty Fund, LTD.

Currently Seeking

LandPartners of America, LLC is currently focused on building its portfolio of residential properties, apartment complexes and self storage facilities. The company invests in both its home market (Florida) and the emerging markets throughout the country.
