I am a father of two lovely children, you guys know me as "Marvin-The-Student!
I am prior Army, I did 4 years thought about reenlisting but then realize I was meant to be an Entrepreneur and REInvestor.
I am learning as much as I can right now, and want to focus on Buying and holding properties, as well as wholesaling.
Experience
Just gathering information and learning. Wanting to conquer my first deal!
Real Estate Goals
To build wealth with a Buy and Hold approach, as well as wholesaling to build capital.
Once I conquer my first deal and own my first rental property, I want to own at least 10 rental properties in the next 5 years.
Of course as I learn more, and become more efficient, I am sure that goal will change.
