I am an Agent/Investor in Kansas City. I help owner occupants and investors find homes and look for creative ways to help distressed homeowners sell their properties. We also look to accumulate a portfolio of buy and holds to supplement our RE business.
Experience
Spent that last three years studying RE Investing and am now taking action. Became a licensed agent to create some capital and learn my market as I transition from a W2 employee to a true self employed Agent/Investor.
Real Estate Goals
Create capital through retail transactions to fund our flips which will then fund our hold/rental portfolio. Getting to the point of total sustainability through passive income at which point family/philanthropy/and travel will be our main focus.
Currently Seeking
All the information I can to continue to privide creative solutions to people who feel trapped in their homes due to the current market climate.
