So far my real estate experience is very limited. The experience that I do have comes from working as a handyman, doing building maintenance, and restoration of fire and water damaged houses. That being said I feel that I'm coming into the game with a good understanding of the scope of repair that would or might have to be made. Everything else I am studying and learning as I go.

My ultimate goal in real estate is to build long term wealth through buy and hold strategies. One of my more immediate goals is wholesale properties. Through wholesaling I intend to increase my cash reserves, develop an avenue through which to locate deals that meet my long term investing criteria, and build my fundamental knowledge of different aspects of the real estate industry.

Currently I am seeking people that can help me obtain my goals. I am looking for mentors who have successfully done the things that I am working to accomplish that I can come to for guidance, and to keep me from repeating mistakes that they have already learned from. I am also looking to build a list of local professional references to assist with building my real estate team.
