Real Estate Experience

A real estate investor since 2001. Mainly purchase properties to buy, hold and rent. Along with my business partner, have acquired over 40 properties in 2008 using systematization and the talents of an incredible REI team (thanks guys and gals).

Real Estate Goals

With my business partner, acquire 1,000 units that positively cash flow at least $175/month with property management and systematization in place.

For 2009, we are looking to acquire at least 65 properties.

Lastly, start that new, niche (it's a secret, for now) commercial property company and purchase certain types of commercial properties with positive cashflow.

Currently Seeking

Commercial lenders that are actually lending. We have a portfolio of around 1.5 million in SFR's and multi's that we'd like to re-finance.

Also, looking for more private lenders for notes between 1 to 5 years in length and we pay interest rates between 8% and 12%.
