I flipped a couple of houses as a "made by tv investor". I netted over 30g on my first flip. I lost 7g on my second flip. The loss far outweighed the gain in my mind, so I took time off from investing.

With all the right things in place with my company, my goal is to use our resources, knowledge and skills to be our best for those we network with, people we serve, and of course, ourselves.
My goals include bringing success to others while being dependable and trustworthy in order to grow our professional network and circle of influence.
Ultimately, the purpose for all of this is to create passive cash flow and wealth that will eventually replace the jobs of my family, partners, and the respected friends and professionals in our network.

- Those in the market who could be a source of lead referrals (sellers) in exchange for business referrals or repeat business from us personally.

- Individuals with "dead money" that they would like to use to receive good returns backed by real estate.

- Any additional tips for finding motivated sellers that I could add to our current operations. Marketing methods, sources, etc.
