I would say if i had an area of expertise it would be tax deeds here in Michigan, and tax leins. Though i have not actually done alot of deals i have lived and breathed tax deeds for about 8 years now. I am fairly new when it comes to investing myself as my profile says. I currently advise other investors as well as provide them with the adequate details so they may be an "informed investor"Most of this consist with demographics, market segmentation, and bulding profiles of the areas where properties are sought, leading to advising the investor to bid amounts and rough market selling prices. I am pursueing a degree in business administration while focusing on the real estate and marketing aspects. I have studied fundamentals of corporate finance , business law and the regulatory envoirments, though i would not say i am an expert in these areas.

My overall goal is networking with the individuals needed to fuel my growth as an investor and to build my company into a widely known household name in the real estate industry, to provide for my family a balanced lifestyle of work and home while enjoying the better things in life.

I am currently seeking to network rehabbers ( and other professionals) in the Grand Rapids - Kalamazoo areas as well as the north sides of ohio, indiana, and illionois. Also i would like to better my knowledge of other aspects of the industry.
