I am a real estate investor/ business owner. I am in the process of developing a wholesale business on a large scale, so if your a rehabber let me know!

Recently the whole concept of mobile homes has me excited. I am looking for partners to invest with on mobile home parks. I am in the process of purchasing my first one in South Carolina.

Any advice is always appreciated!

Experience

My experience is vast in SFH.


Real Estate Goals

First goal is to build a whole sale company that is doing 10 deals a month.

Second goal own 2 mobile home parks by the end of 2010.

Third goal create a system that can be easily duplicated that can support over 100 "Lonnie Deals" a year.
