In my own words...

I'm a real estate investor who at the moment is wholesaling in North Carolina. My focus is on Wake county, mainly raliegh, and surroundin areas. In a nutshell, I sell pretty much older beat up houses that need some kind ofrepairs. I constantly get asked by investors in my network to refer them to hard money lenders/ private lenders, handymen, contractors, property managers, and real estate agents.
