I'm a Man of many likes & taste, I enjoy going to hear & see Jazz Artist perform, I like to have my time to see the sunset when ever possible and have my chats with The Creator to hear his Master Plan and try to live my life with his guidence.

Experience

I received the bulk of my Real Estate education from LACC and Prudential California Realty Mulhearn Group and I received my Commercial Training from there as well and continue to attend this class and have joined a Team of Real Estate Professionals that meet once a week to assist one another with Transactions and discuss current market tren ds. I've also have been educated on the 1031 Tax Exchange & BPO (Broker Price Opinion) BVO(Brokers Value Opinion)mainly used in assesing the value of a business, also Property Mangement functions.

Real Estate Goals

I goal is to become a Commercial Investor in Multi Family and Medical Office complexes, and to start a brokerage with a few agents working under my license something small possibly no more than 12 agents and Mortgage Brokers in house.
