I have been in the real estate industry for the past eight years and am licensed in Missouri as both a Realtor and a Broker.

I own & operate A+ Construction, A+ Properties, and previously A+ Roofing.

I started in 2004 as a co-owner of Mackercher and Cooling Properties, LLC and South City Development.

I am extremely passionate about the preservation and restorations of buildings throughout Saint Louis and help supporti efforts such as the Soulard Restoration.

I’ve found that it is difficult to manage all the different players in property investment. I lost money because of miscommunications or lack of service between realtors, construction and management companies.

This is why I built Mogul Realty with all services streamlined under one roof, so the ‘right hand is always talking to the left’. There are not many companies that also include construction as a part of their in house services, and we are the only one in Saint Louis doing so.

In addition, our property management division works on behalf of the investor, thinking about long-term financial growth. Other property management companies place tenant needs as the top priority and spend unnecessarily on maintenance, undercutting investor profits.

Finally, I want people to learn how to take their finances into their own hands. Now, more than ever, we should equip ourselves with knowledge. Investing in real estate can generate wealth on the individual’s terms. In addition, investing in Saint Louis properties comes with the advantage of restoring historic communities, so everybody wins.
