I am a 43 y/o mother of 2 and wife living in the Boston area. I also run a seperate business doing field work for the lenders and big banks in the REO market. I am trying to break into real estate investing to give my family a better life, and myself more time freedom to raise my children the way I want to. I REFUSE to lose! I was previously a hospital nurse, running a team of personell holding lives in my hands every day... I take life seriously, but not too seriously now that I am on the outside of the hospital. I think my supervisory skills should transfer nicely to real estate investing and working with teams of contractors to bring a house to market.

Experience

I have always loved houses! I love taking old and making it new again. This is something that I have toyed with for many years, and it's time to really jump in! I am learning every day. I am currently just waiting on my first flip to come along.

Real Estate Goals

Flipping. Until I have built up enough funds to start buying to hold. I intend to build a "buy and hold" portfolio and put a few things in trust to help support my aging parents as well as my own family.
