I am a Real Estate Investor who is now living in Washington State. I recently moved here from Petaluma California. I bought and rehabbed my 1st REO in Kansas City, MO and just listed it for a quick sale. I bought land in Union Washington with a million dollar view and have been developing it since 2006. I will be breaking ground soon and will be building a large very upscale and hip 3 -story cedar home with floor to ceiling windows and daylight basement with massive spa and fireplace in it along with full kitchen perfect after a long day of partying and golfing!! I will also be using it for my Golf and Fly Clients when completed. Want to get on the list, send me an email so you can fly in to SEA TAC and then hop on a Kenmore Air Sea plane and fly over the awesome sights going along the Sound from Seattle and right down the Hood Canal and land at Bill Gate's Golf and Yacht Club at Alderbrook Resort! I will be booking the daylight basement for 7 day stays which as of now have a list of 3,000 golfers from California on my charity spreadsheet! Yes, party time is coming to Washingtn SOON!
