Experience

Flying solo since inception. Buy 'em, Fix 'em, Rent 'em. I love SFH's. I only have 1- 4 plex, everything else is free standing. (oops, I do have 1 duplex I keep forgetting about it looks so much like a house)

If the numbers work, I'll flip. So far the numbers have worked 4 times.

Real Estate Goals

Acquire as many deals as I can within the next 3-4 years. Hold, rent, manage and pay off.

Use the CF income for retirement, selling as needed for lump sums.
