I've been involved in this industry seriously for the past 5 years starting off as a bird dog years ago, moving to wholesaling and now connected with a REI group that has over 20 years of experience in our industry. From an agent division, brokers, wholesaling, fix and flips, land development and bulk packages as well as commercial. You name it, we can do it. Want high income properties? We either already have them or can get them for you. Sfr, multi-units, high end condos nation wide. We have it all from A to Z!!!

Experience

I started off in this industry as a union electrician and through out that career, I become a bird dog for investors by "accident"! Always being asked to do work on friends investment properties and being referred to other investors, opened the door to wholesaling!!! Damn did I love it and still do! With time comes a hunger for more knowledge, bigger deals and greater accomplishments. There's only so much one man can do so I began working with other investors and now a serious group. Time to make the donuts...

Real Estate Goals

My rei goals are to continue moving forward learning and growing. Personal goals are to create generational wealth to pass down for the next 200 years. I will continue to wholesale sfr, multi units and commercial buildings, work on closing my own bulk REO deal to add to my group along with partnering up for land development deals and full neighborhood construction. With so much commercial real estate on the market, I see nothing but great things in my future.
