I'm kind of new to the investor game...but I learn at lightning speed. I have dealt in the NPN Industry for about 9 month then I moved to the Debt Buying Industry for 6 months all while I was immersed in the Real Estate Industry. I started my quest in June of 05' and so far I have flipped a few and lost a few. Now I'm headed in the commercial and multi-unit direction.
