Hi,
I'm a fulltime real estate investor and coach out of San Antonio, Texas investing in single family residences up to 10 units apartments.
I subscribe to the philosophy, "The more you know, the more you don't know!"
So to that end, I am constantly trying to learn as much as I can about this business; to assist myself as well as my students.

Experience

Starting in 2004 I have bought and sold over 250+ deals with 70% being subject to and the remainder 30% being a mix of wholesaling and short selling. I primarily use Bandit Signs as my lead generation technique on the buy and sell side.

Real Estate Goals

My companies mission is to acquire no less than 4 deals a month that generate passive income for ourselves and our investors.
As a real estate teacher my mission is to teach my students how to "gut and bone" every dollar possible out of a deal.

Currently Seeking

Any and all deals that offer a 50% and greater IRR (Internal Rate of Return) also called Return on Investment. The primary mission above all others is to increase my financial intelligence and to enjoy life.
