No experience. Helped my father rehab his second property but no intensive experience personally.

Real Estate Goals

I have decided that I want to pursue my need for change and challenges. I am looking to fix and flip property where I am and possibly other cities if I learn how to effective manage over wide distances.

As a Goal:
I am looking for a diverse portfolio with a mixture of commercial and residential hold and rent property.

Eventually, I am looking to invest in the future with luxury villas around the world that I can rent out as time shares. As well as commercial developments outside of the US.
