Learning before I jump into the market. I need to just soon! I am eager to learn, and super motivated. Former Marine and going to school at the University of Northern Colorado for Biz Mgt and entrepreneurship.
Experience
In terms of real estate investing I feel I know a good amount. I haven’t done any deals YET though. I do have a lot of handyman experience. I have done lots of electrical work, finished basements, rehabbed rooms, set tile, masonry and landscaping.
Real Estate Goals
First deal done by January 31, 2010, and one deal every month after that.
Buy a multi unit building by April 2010.
Invest all profits back from real estate and extra GI Bill money back into real estate.
Do a deal with the professor that teaches the Real Estate class at UNC.
Be able to retire when I finish college. But I won’t it would get boring.
Currently Seeking
Someone to help me do my first deal. And figure out what type of deal it should be.
