My name is Rosie Nieto and I am a fulltime real estate investor in Los Angeles. The name Naked Lady Real Estate came about because I was kind of dared to make this my company name saying that if anyone can pull it off - I could. For me the name means "I've got nothing to hide" and "what you see is what you get".

In June 09 I opened the Los Angeles Meetingn & Event Center. You can have your meetings, workshops, classes and parties are our unique, affordable & flexible meeting space!

Currently I am doing fix n flips/rehabs and wholesale deals in the So. L.A. area.

I have been a real estate investor since 2002, and am the founder Naked Real Estate Investors Club "The Bare Truth ABout Real Estate Inveting", which has become known as a trusted source to gather education, networking and deal making opportunities!

In 2008 I hosted a radio show “The Naked Investors–The Bare Truth about Real Estate Investing” which was devoted to investing strategies and education. The format for the show is “A Real Estate Club on the Radio”.
In June 2009 I opened my own Meeting & Event Center so that I can conduct my own real estate club meeting without the hassles of searching for the right meeting venue. When I am not using for my own meetings - I rent the space out for meetings, workshops, and even parties!

Real Estate Experience

Started in '03 working in Palm Springs with a long time investor learning the creative financing way of Subject To, Lease Option, Owner Financing and flipping. Then came back to L.A. in '04 to take a break from investing until 07.

Real Estate Goals

Over the next several years to buy properties REO's to fix n flip, wholesale or if they cash flow, hold on for several years.
