In my own words...

My name is Rosie Nieto and I’m a real estate investor in Los Angeles. The name Naked Lady Real Estate came about because I was kind of dared to make this my company name saying that if anyone can pull it off - I could. For me the name means "I've got nothing to hide" and "what you see is what you get".

I have been a real estate investor for over 6 years, the manager of a real estate agency, was the club manager for the largest Real Estate Investors Club of L.A. and founder of several Real Estate Mastermind groups. I have a blog called NakedLadyRealEstate.com “The Bare Truth about Real Estate Investing” which has become known as a trusted source to gather information about real estate investing clubs, products and investing. No B.S.

I recently hosted my own internet radio show “The Naked Investors–The Bare Truth about Real Estate Investing” which was devoted to investing strategies and education. The format for the show is “A Real Estate Club on the Radio”.

I have now opened my own REI Club called Naked Real Estate Investors Club - "The Bare Truth about Real Estate Investing" with meetings happening in Anaheim on the 2nd Wed of each month aand in Los Angeles on the 2nd Thurs of each month!

Real Estate Experience

Started in '03 working in Palm Springs with a long time investor learning the creative financing way of Subject To, Lease Option, Owner Financing and flipping. Then came back to L.A. in '04 to take a break from investing until last year.

I consider myself still a newbie investor with just about a 12 houses under my belt.

Real Estate Goals

Over the next several years to buy properties Subject to and hold them for several years. Also buying REO's to retail or if the cash flow, hold on for several years.

To be very rich in real estate of course!

What Am I Doing?

Direct TV is the worst! I have been overcharged for 5 months! And they never fix it! I am switching to Dish Network as we speak!
