My name is Rosie Nieto and I am a fulltime real estate investor in Los Angeles.
Currently I am a fix n flipper and wholesaler in the Greater L.A. area.

Started in '03 working in Palm Springs with a long time investor learning the creative financing way of Subject To, Lease Option, Owner Financing and flipping. Then came back to L.A. in '04 to take a break from investing until 07.
Real Estate Goals
Over the next several years to buy properties REO's to fix n flip, wholesale or if they cash flow, hold on for several years.
