I'm early retired from the airline business and over the years have invested in Real Estate and Paper.
Experience
Along the way I've owned rental properties, land, bought and sold notes, and serviced loans. I'm a longtime and active Self-Directed IRA investor. Currently my partners and I are finishing up the workout of a pool of mortgage loans that our group purchased from the FDIC and I also have an investment in land in the heart of the ND oil boom.
