In my own words...

I work full time and have slowly been building a real estate portfolio on the side. My wife and I now have 11 properties that create a nice cash flow each month. We are looking for ways to grow and expand as the 4 loan limit imposed by Fannie and Freddie has prevented us from acquiring additional property. I have started to partner with a few investors and that has been working well. My strategy has been pretty much buy and hold. The recent market trends have decreased my equity but actually increased my cash flow as there has been a nice increase in rents.

Real Estate Experience

I have developed a portfolio working part time outside of my 9-5 job. I have my real estate and mortgage license. I current own and manage 10 of my own properties, partnered on 4 properties, and property manage an additional 4 properties.
