Partner in a large hedge fund division that has been focusing primarily on acquiring large lots of thousands of REO listed properties directly from all major US banks every 2-4 weeks. All properties are deeded, titled and insured in our name.

Lock boxes are always available on all properties and we encourage you to visit the properties and inspect them yourself before buying.

We're looking for real estate investors interested in transparent and honest sales only. Please leave the headaches for someone else. We are nothing but professional.

Our primary goal is to make money and make our clients and partners money as quickly and seamlessly as possible.

If you're a big or small investor, rehabber, flipper or just a first time buyer, you should send me a message and let me know what you're in the market for, chances are, we have it or will have it by the next lot. Lots and single properties in all states.

But don't sit around waiting, because we lock up all sales on a first come, first deposit basis.

Experience

Since the markets were tanking I've gone on to try my hand in the real estate investing end of the industry. Only been in the game for a little over a year now, but started big, was fortunate to know the right people and have the cash to back it. Currently only bidding on large REO lots.

Gotta say, I'm really liking this industry a lot! Great people, lots of fun, tons of money to go around, its amazing.

Serious real estate investors interested in the residential side of the industry. First timers are fine just so long as you know what you're doing for the most part. We're not mentors and we move quickly.
