I have fixed and flipped over 15+ properties. I first started when i sold my house in 2003. That's where i made most of my money to start investing. Me and my partner have done deals all over the country. We do work Short Sales, Fix and Flips, Subject 2, and some foreclosures.
Believe it or not, we also have time to do loan mods and Bankruptcies. =)

My goal is to have enough passive income to not work anymore. About $15,000 a month would be great, especially out here in CA.

Fix and Flips, Short Sales, 1031 exchange. Basically If it has to do anything with Real Estate and there is money to be made on it, we will take on the deal.
