I plan to start a blog. I used to write and give speeches for my former company. I'd like to start writing more and giving speeches regarding real estate, goal setting and motivation.

I am seeking busy professionals who would like to invest in real estate but have no time to focus on real estate investing.

I am always seeking single family homes with extraordinary cash flow. My current area of focus is Chattanooga, TN. I like 70K-120K properties in specific school districts and 80K and under properties that are 2005 or newer in specific sections of the city.

I have a few properties I would owner finance if the right buyer came along.
