New investor who is suffering from analysis paralysis. I've read everything I could get my hands on regarding wholesaling and yet, I have no deal. Hoping to finally get my feet wet before 2010 is over. I'm about to get creative :)
Experience
I've completed the 60 real estate class and am studying to take the exam for the state of Maryland. I regulary attend the DC-REIA meetings that are run by Sherman Ragland. I haven't closed any deals yet, but hope to close my first deal by the end of 2010.
Real Estate Goals
To close my first wholesale deal before 2010 comes to an end. By 2012 I'd like to be investing in real estate full-time.
Currently Seeking
Rehabbers and Landlords to add to my buyers list. My areas of focus are Prince George's County Maryland, Montgomery County Maryland, and Washington, DC
