My clients are buyers, but I also offer listing services to sellers who want to stay in control without paying a commission percentage to sell.

My primary goal is to save my buyer clients and seller customers THOUSANDS of dollars on Real Estate transactions.

My fiduciary duty is to my buyer, which differs from most agencies because their duty is to the seller.

Because buyers turn into sellers, our brokerage assists sellers in listing their property for a set fee to get into the MLS, but there is NOT a commission fee.
