2. a three way partnership in a near by town SFR that went to foreclosure: trusted the wrong people/ the wrong way.
3. bought a note secured by Real Estate in 1st position: It went south due to an unusually twisted probate and will that assigned the property to three generations of heirs. None of them want it but none of them will act to release it.
4. ALSO: My first purchase home has performed for years as a semisuccessful rental but is currently rented at cash negative (#$%!*) AND I own my current residence (almost).
