However, someone made an offer to the bank on the REO in the meantime, therefore I lost the deal.

One good profitable deal if possible, so I could retire for a while. Open myself up to a large real estate opportunity if possible.

I am looking into the possibility of obtaining a profitable real estate opportunity. I have a group of Private Investors who are looking to lend on any sort of profitable real estate opportunities, minimum $500,000 on up. No deal too large. I am currently looking for residential real estate opportunities; single family homes, condos, apartment complexes, residential land, bulk sales, etc.. I am looking for rehab, flipping for profit, or long-term investment opportunities as the case may be.
