Wholesaling targeted re-habbed properties to Investors that will be turnkey properties with the resources I have. Looking for partnerships.

Currently Seeking

Rehabbers. Currently have a PL who will fund 80% ARV for 100% Financing in Phoenix. Will flip properties to you under our partnership that have the right spread to sell. The exit strategy would be to sell with my other PL who will do 95% LTV to O/O and will allow DPA.... go figure. That means quick turn profits!!
