My Real Estate experience comes mainly from Buyer Representations. I have also worked as a listing agent and have a firm understanding on the importance of proper pricing and marketing in this market, especially in the residential market I work.

Right now my main goal is to break into the world of investing. I would like to start by doing "flips" and eventually get into cash flow properties and property management.

I am currently seeking any and all advice and ideas to start investing (currently "flips). I understand the transaction and contracting aspecs. I guess what I'm really looking for is financing ideas, simple or creative.
