While I am yet to make my first deal, I have spent several months studying real estate investing as a whole and more specifically, the wholesaling and flipping of properties. I have vast general knowledge and am now looking for more detailed knowledge to help me complete my first deal.

2nd Goal: Do a deal !!!

3rd - 10th Goals: Do as many variations of deals as possible, adding multiple tools to my knowledge arsenal, and hopefully, long term relationships with my mentors and support teams.

Goals beyond that: Set up as many income streams as possible, so that my family and friends never have to worry about financial security.

I am open to networking with everyone, whether it be people just getting started to those that have well established track records in real estate investing. I am eager to find a mentor or someone that I could bounce ideas off of and learn from. Webinars can only take me so far and now I'm ready for some hand's on experience.
