Experience

My real estate experience began with taking the sales agent training followed by working with a private investor many years later. Through his investing activities, I facilitated the administrative tasks associated with the property transactions. These tasks included escrow documents, loan documents, notes and foreclosures.

Real Estate Goals

My goal now is to further my real estate investing experience and to grow as an investor in my own right. I am engaged with several real estate online investor mentors such as Greg Clement, John Alexander, and Nick Cifone. My current focus is to locate short sale properties that meet a specific criteria.
