I am a Licensed California Real Estate Agent getting ready to explore the wide world of Real Estate Investing. I have lending experience as a Senior Loan Officer for a Florida Mortgage Company. I closed both Residential and Commercial loans but my primary focus was Residential Lending. Now I have ventured into selling real estate, primarily residential. I love what I do and love to help motivated sellers sell their homes and match home buyers with properties that they want ... in the time they want.

I am reading, studying and learning everyday. I am beginning to save money to start buying and holding properties. My goal is to exponentially grow into multi-unit investor and move onto commercial real estate investments.
