I came here 8 years ago to retire after 25 years on Wall Street. For the last 2 1/2 years I have been helping investors buy here instead of just buying for myself. With the proper due diligence the investment opportunities here are amazing. I am not a rocket scientist...we are dealing with the most basic economic priciple..SUPPLY AND DEMAND in an area and a country being invaded by another 6 million baby boomers for retirement.

I have been buying and at times selling real estate for myself since 1983. I started helping investors buy real estate here in Puerto Vallarta in early 2007. The added value I try to bring to investors is my 25 year background on Wall Street and my extensive research on Mexico and specifically my area, Puerto vallarta/Riviera Nayarit. I have shared this research as a guest on numerous radio shows in the USA, articles published in Real Estate magazines, and recently for the a show for the Travel Channel. I also help small investment groups as well as individual investors.

Real Estate Goals

My goal is to find opportunities here in my area that will give groups of small individual investors an investment to help rebuild their lost assets and or Self Directed Retirement Accounts. If I provide to investors real invesment information not tainted by politics I hope to achieve my goal.
